Results can take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly. With consistent classes, you'll notice a difference in your strength and overall fitness in just 2 to 3 weeks.

We're proud of the welcoming and supportive community we've cultivated and we love all the friendships we've helped build. We provide opportunities to interact throughout class, and we'd be happy to introduce you to other members before your class, if you're open to that.

Breaking Barre classes are fun and specifically designed to help participants learn to love fitness while still being challenging enough to yield results. Our postures and instructor coaching strengthens the mind-body connection, and our workouts will leave you feeling energized and looking forward to your next class.

We recommend taking at least 2 to 4 classes per week for optimum results. However, because everyone is different, we encourage you to speak with a team member about your individual fitness goals so we can create a program that meets your specific needs. Our science-backed approach combines strength, cardio, stretching and mindfulness to deliver a well-balanced fitness program.

Our classes are designed for anyone 14 years of age and up. We meet you at your fitness level by offering modification and advancement options throughout class, to accommodate a variety of ages and abilities. If you're under 18 years of age, we require a parent or guardian to complete the initial paperwork before your workout.
